The global economy is being transformed by the digital disruption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with more than half of the global GDP soon to be digitized. The Digital Economy Working Group aims to advocate for a “human-centered” and fully inclusive digital economy by ensuring the remaining 50% of the world’s population gains access to the digital economy. The Working Group will promote a wide range of measures to improve digital infrastructure and technology adoption, bridge digital divides, counter cyber-bullying, protect privacy, and create jobs and growth in the digital economy.

Digital Intelligence Quotient Institute

Yuhyun Park is the Founder and CEO of Digital Intelligence Quotient (DQ) Institute and DQ World online platform. She is also a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, an Ashoka Fellow, an Eisenhower Fellow and recipient of multiple UNESCO awards.

DQ has been internationally recognized as a global standard framework for digital literacy, skills, and readiness by the Coalition for Digital Intelligence in association with the World Economic Forum. She runs #DQEveryChild, a strategic global digital citizenship movement in collaboration with over100 partner organizations including the World Economic Forum Singtel, Turkcell, Twitter, and Varkey Foundation.

Yuhyun received her PhD in Biostatistics from Harvard University. She also co-authored the Korean Economic Dictionary which has been a widely used dictionary in Korea

Mohammed Al Amoudi
Saudi Programmers Association

Mohammed Al Amoudi is a Tech Industry Advisor. He is the founder and vice-chairman of the Saudi Programmer’s Association with more than 18 years of experience in major telecommunications and information technology organizations. He was most recently chief communications systems engineer at the Communications and Information Technology Commission.

He holds many honorable awards such as the first Saudi Technical Conference and Exhibition, the sixth and ninth Microsoft Gulf Developers Conference, and the National Challenge for Technology Entrepreneurship. 

Mohammed also contributed to the successful performance of networks of telecom service providers during the Hajj season of 2018.Mohammed holds a master’s degree in management information systems and a bachelor’s degree in computer technology engineering. He also holds a mini-master’s in the fifth generation (5G) for business and technology and in communication.
